Wow. One of my favorite childhood books is really coming to life in a Tim Burton live action adaptation. I find Burton's movies deliciously wacky and I am SO happy he is doing this film. Alice IS a weird story, some even say Lewis Carroll was high as a kite when he wrote it. (I don't know anything about Lewis Carroll's life). That is besides the point. It needs to be looked at from this angle, b/c the story deserves to have this edge to it. I have much faith in the amazing-ness ii will be. And the cast. Incredible, to say the least.

Anne Hathaway = The White Queen (not sure who this character is)

I want to know why Depp's Mad Hatter looks almost exactly like Kefka from Final Fantasy VI.
There is quite a resemblance. Weird. Maybe Kefka was inspiration? Maybe Burton is a FF fanboy. :D
